Insurance
It is your responsibility to have knowledge of your benefits and exclusions of your insurance coverage and to provide your most up to date insurance information. Your insurance will be billed for services. Please be advised that depending on your plan, you may be responsible for all session fees until your deductible has been met in addition to your predetermined co-pay and/or co-insurance. It is your responsibility to confirm that sessions are covered by your insurance provider. If you have other insurance I will provide you with a billing statement that includes all the information required by most insurance carriers to file for reimbursement for an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about the extent and provisions of your policy.
Insurance benefits must be determined prior scheduling an appointment.

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are a clinical hour, 50 minutes in length, and occur once per week unless otherwise arranged. Since an appointment time is reserved for you only, it is important that this appointment is kept or appropriate notice of cancellation be given. To receive the full benefit of therapy, it is important to attend sessions regularly. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance via phone or text message. Appointments not cancelled with 24 hours notice may be billed at the contracted rate (the rate agreed by your insurance provider or self-pay agreement).
I do not do free in-person consultations, but I am happy to speak with you over the phone.
Discontinuation of services may be initiated by either the client and/or therapist or mutually. Frequent cancellations may be cause for discontinued services.
